Brief Description about the Kodiak Cutting System:

The KODIAK Heavy-Duty Multi-Process Cutting System is designed specifically for the harsh environment and high output required by Steel Service Centers and large job shops.

This Multi-Purpose system is intended for High Definition or Conventional Plasma, Oxy/Fuel Cutting of plate thickness up to 14” and a drill can be added for precision holes.

The Kodiak is configured with the latest technology in PC Based Controls and Drive Systems.  CSI continues to enjoy a long standing relationship with Cleveland Motion Control/Burny, an industry leader in the profile shape cutting business.   Our standard is the Burny 10 and Phantom PC Based Controls with coordinated AC & DC Servo Drive Systems up to 1000 watts of continuous power.

This machine is equipped with either a Floor Mounted Rail System or Low Pedestal Rail System adjustable to fit directly over the top of your existing Water Table.  We use machined Tongue & Groove “T” Rail with Precision Rack bolted right to the rail.

The KODIAK comes standard in a 10’ effective cutting width, with custom sizes of up to 16’ wide to cut multiple 8 foot plates.  Effective cutting lengths in excess of 100’ are available.
